If you decide to change the director yourself, please pay attention to one practical point - in the case of submitting an application to the state registrar for state registration of changes, the information about the new director must also be duplicated in the column "Information about natural persons - taxpayers who have the right to actions on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney, including signing contracts, submitting documents for state registration." Otherwise, you may have a situation in which there is officially a new director in the UDR, but the person who can act on behalf of the legal entity, including signing contracts, submitting documents for state registration, etc., is still the previous director.
