According to the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of the Production and Circulation of Ethyl, Cognac and Fruit Alcohol, Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco Products", wholesale trade in alcoholic beverages is the activity of purchasing alcoholic products for the purpose of their sale (resale) to other business entities, which in turn carry out retail trade.
The current legislation of Ukraine provides for the following types of wholesale alcohol trade and their cost:

- alcoholic beverages, except for cider and perry (without the addition of alcohol) |

! Please note that this license is issued for a period of 5 years. Moreover, payment for the entire term of its validity (5 years) in one payment is prohibited. This must be done in separate annual payments.
The validity of the license is suspended in case of late payment of the next payment for it on the basis of a written order of the authority that issued the license - for the period until the debt is paid.
