The service for changing the legal address includes:

▪ providing advice and familiarizing the client with the procedure for changing the legal address of a legal entity, familiarization with the requirements for documents and the procedure for their execution;

▪ preparation of a package of necessary documents (protocol, charter, powers of attorney, registration applications)

▪ accompanying the client to the notary during the notarization of signatures on documents;

▪ assistance in providing a tax address (if necessary, the price is UAH 3,000/year)

▪ submission of documents to the relevant state registrar;

▪ submission of documents to the tax office. 

To prepare documents for changing the legal address, we need from you:

1) an extract from the UDR about state registration;

2) the statute in the latest edition;

3) data on the new legal address;

4) single tax/VAT payer's certificate or an extract from the relevant register;

6) power of attorney for a specialist of our company.
