PERMANENT LICENSE

Grounds for receiving

- employment in a Ukrainian company;

- a foreigner participates in international technical assistance projects registered in accordance with the procedure established by law;

- preaching religious beliefs, performing religious rites or other canonical activities at the invitation of a religious organization in agreement with the relevant state body;

- participation in the activities of branches, branches, representative offices and other structural units of public organizations of foreign countries, registered in accordance with the procedure established by law;

- work in representative offices of foreign business entities in Ukraine;

- work in branches or representative offices of foreign banks registered in accordance with the procedure established by law;

- implementation of cultural, scientific, educational activities on the grounds and in the order established by international treaties, participation in international and regional volunteer programs, participation in the activities of volunteer organizations; - correspondents and representatives of foreign mass media;

- foreigners who have come to study;

family reunification with citizens of Ukraine, marriage with citizens of Ukraine;

- family members of a foreigner who received a temporary permit

- persons who made a foreign investment in the economy of Ukraine in a foreign convertible currency in the amount of at least 100 (one hundred) thousand US dollars, registered in accordance with the procedure established by law;

- workers of science and culture, whose immigration corresponds to the interests of Ukraine; - highly qualified specialists and workers, the acute need for which is felt for the economy of Ukraine;

- brothers and sisters, grandparents, grandsons and granddaughters of citizens of Ukraine;

- persons who previously held the citizenship of Ukraine; - parents, husband (wife) of an immigrant, his minor children; - persons who have lived continuously on the territory of Ukraine for 3 years from the date of establishment of their status as a person who suffered from human trafficking;

- one of the spouses, if the other spouse, with whom he has been married for more than 2 years, is a citizen of Ukraine, children and parents of citizens of Ukraine; - persons who are guardians or custodians of citizens of Ukraine, or are under the guardianship or care of citizens of Ukraine;

- persons who have the right to obtain Ukrainian citizenship by territorial origin;

- persons whose immigration is of state interest for Ukraine;

- Ukrainians abroad, spouses of Ukrainians abroad, their children in case of their joint entry and stay on the territory of Ukraine;

- foreigners and stateless persons who, prior to the adoption of the decision on the termination of Ukrainian citizenship, permanently resided on the territory of Ukraine and after the adoption of the decision on the termination of Ukrainian citizenship remained permanently resident on its territory, are considered permanent residents of Ukraine.

Necessary documents

- statement;

- visa (in some cases);

- passport;

- a translation of the passport into Ukrainian, duly certified;

- 4 photos (3.5x4.5 cm);

- the original and a copy of the certificate on the assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer's account card (identification number);

- medical policy;

- a receipt for the payment of state duty.

Validity

It is issued for a period of up to 1 (one) year and is subject to renewal every year.

UNLIMITED.

It is subject to exchange if the foreigner reaches the age of 25 or 45.
