A change in the composition of participants (founders) of a legal entity most often occurs through the sale of corporate rights. We note that such a sale by a participant of his share (or its part) can take place both at the nominal value and for an amount that is less than it (which is not prohibited by the current legislation).
The reasons for changing the composition of the founders of legal entities can be both the desire of the participant himself (to sell, donate his share), and circumstances that do not depend on his will (the desire of other participants to exclude him from the composition).
In general, the procedure for changing the composition of the founders is regulated by the current legislation, and it is worth paying attention to some features of changing the members of individual business entities, which are prescribed in their charters.
