Noticeofcommencementofconstructionworks

 

Ifyouhavedecidedontheneedforconstructionwork, weadviseyoutoagreeinadvanceontherelevantpermittingprocedureswiththecompetentstateauthorities.

Specialistsofourcompanywillhelpyouinthepreparationofdocuments, namely:

- notificationofthestartofconstructionworks (forobjects, theconstructionofwhichiscarriedoutonthebasisof a constructionpassport);

- registrationinthe DIAM structuralsubdivisionofthedeclarationonthestartofconstructionworks (forobjectsofthe I - III categoriesofcomplexity);

- productionof a technicalpassportfor a constructionobject;

- commissioningoffacilities.

                                                        

AccordingtoArticle 34. oftheLawofUkraine "OnRegulationofTownPlanningActivities" - thecustomerhastherighttocarryoutconstructionworkafternotificationofthestartofconstructionworktotherelevantstatearchitecturalandconstructioncontrolbody - regardingconstructionobjects, whichbytheclassofconsequences (responsibility) belongtoobjectswithinsignificantconsequences (SS1), andregardingobjects, theconstructionofwhichiscarriedoutonthebasisof a constructionpassportandwhichdonotrequire a permittoperformconstructionworksaccordingtothelistofconstructionobjectsapprovedbythe CMU.

Itisprohibitedtoperformpreparatoryworkswithoutsubmitting a noticeoftheircommencementor a noticeofthecommencementofconstructionworksorobtaining a permitforconstructionworks.

Preparatoryworksareworksonthepreparationofthelandplot, installationofconstructionsitefencinganddemolitionofbuildingsandstructures, violationoflandscapingelementswithintheallocatedlandplot, searchworks, worksontheconstructionoftemporaryindustrialandhouseholdstructuresnecessaryfortheorganizationandmaintenanceoftheconstruction, arrangementunderroadways, storageofconstructionmaterials, layingoftemporaryengineeringnetworks, aswellasremovalofengineeringnetworksandremovalofgreenery.

 

Thespecifiedmessageissubmittedinoneofthefollowingways:

- throughtheCenterforprovidingadministrativeservices;

- usinganelectronicsystem.

 

Administrativefee: absent

Youcanchecktheregistration (acceptance) ofthemessageon DIAM ("Services" section) intheunifiedregisterofdocumentsgivingtherighttoperformpreparatoryandconstructionworksandcertifyingtheacceptanceintooperationofcompletedconstructionobjects, informationonreturnforrevision, refusaltoissue, cancellationandannulmentofthespecifieddocuments.

Permissiontoperformconstructionworks

Pleasenotethattherighttoperformconstructionworksarisesafter:

 

1) submissionbythecustomerof a noticeofthestartofconstructionworkstotherelevantstatearchitecturalandconstructioncontrolbody - regardingconstructionobjects, whichaccordingtotheclassofconsequences (responsibility) belongtoobjectswithminorconsequences (СС1), andregardingobjects, constructionwhicharecarriedoutonthebasisof a constructionpassportandwhichdonotrequire a permittoperformconstructionworksinaccordancewiththelistofconstructionobjectsapprovedbytheCabinetofMinistersofUkraine. TheformofnotificationofthestartofconstructionworksandtheprocedureforitssubmissionaredeterminedbytheCabinetofMinistersofUkraine;

2) issuancetothecustomerbythestatearchitecturalandconstructioncontrolauthorityofa permittoperformconstructionworks - forobjectsthat, accordingtotheclassofconsequences (responsibility), belongtoobjectswithmedium (СС2) andsignificant (СС3) consequences.

Issuedby: DIAM bodyatthelocationoftheconstructionobject.

Termofserviceprovision: 10 workingdaysfromthedateofregistrationoftheapplication

 

FOR ISSUING A PERMIT FOR EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS:

1) applicationforobtaining a permit;

2) a copyof a documentconfirmingownershiporuseof a landplot;

3) a copyoftheadministrativedocumentregardingthecomplexreconstructionofquarters (micro-districts) ofanoutdatedhousingstockincaseofcomplexreconstructionofquarters (micro-districts) ofanoutdatedhousingstockontheorderofstateauthoritiesorlocalself-governmentbodiesonrelevantstateorcommunalland;

4) designdocumentationforconstruction, developedandapprovedinaccordancewiththeprocedureestablishedbylaw

5) a copyofthedocumentcertifyingtheownershipofthehouseorstructureortheconsentofitsowner, certifiedinaccordancewiththeprocedureestablishedbylaw, tocarryoutconstructionworkintheeventofreconstruction, restorationorcapitalrepair;

6) informationaboutthelicensegivingtherighttoperformconstructionworks, andqualificationcertificates;

7) copiesofdocumentsontheappointmentofpersonsresponsiblefortheexecutionofconstructionworksandpersonscarryingoutcopyrightandtechnicalsupervision;

8) theresultsofenvironmentalimpactassessmentincasesdefinedbytheLawofUkraine "OnEnvironmentalImpactAssessment".
