An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations is a document that contains complete information and details about a legal entity or business entity in accordance with the search criteria selected in the request for its issuance. Any person can obtain an extract from the EDR for any business entity in Ukraine (for any individual or legal entity).

EXTRACTION MAY BE NOT ONLY NECESSARY BUT ALSO MANDATORY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• to check the counterparty (potential client) before starting cooperation with him;
• for issuing a card with sample signatures when opening a bank account or changing the director of a legal entity;
• when concluding contracts that require notarization;
• to confirm information about a party in a lawsuit; 

ACCORDING TO ITS CONTENT, IN ADDITION TO THE REQUEST NUMBER AND DATE, THE STATEMENT MAY CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

• name of the applicant;
• EDRPOU code (for legal entities);
• full and abbreviated name;
• location;
• information about the founders: their addresses; the size of shares in the authorized capital;
• data on the size of the authorized capital;
• information about types of activities;
• information about the management bodies of the legal entity;
• surname, first name and patronymic of the manager;
• the date and number of the entry and withdrawal from the register: statistical authorities, DPS, Pension Fund of Ukraine (data on the entry into the register);
• information about the stay of the legal entity in the process of termination;
• contact information (phone, e-mail);
• information about all registration actions.

  TO ORDER AN EXTRACT FROM THE UDR, IT IS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

1. EDRPOU code and/or name of a legal entity or business entity;
2. contact phone number (for feedback).
