As a result, the client receives:

  • License for medical practice

Medical practice is an economic activity in the field of health care for the provision of medical assistance and medical services by any subject (natural person-entrepreneur or legal entity) on the basis of a license.

The procedure for issuing a license for medical practice, the list of requirements that must be met by licensees during the conduct of economic activity from medical practice, is defined in the Licensing conditions for conducting economic activity from medical practice, approved by Resolution of the CMU No. 285 dated 03.02.2016.

 

To obtain this type of license, the applicant submits an application to the Ministry of Health in one of the following ways:

1. on purpose;

2. by mail with a description of the attachment;

3. in electronic form.

 

The following are attached to the application for obtaining a license for medical practice:

- information on the state of the material and technical base, availability of personnel (with an indication of their educational and qualification level);

- applicant data, registration documents;

- description of documents in two copies;

- power of attorney.

 

To obtain a license, the entity must meet organizational, personnel, and technological requirements, in particular:

- availability of premises that meet sanitary norms and rules, which is confirmed by the conclusion of the State Production and Consumer Service;

- the availability of devices, equipment, and appropriate equipment in accordance with the list of equipment of medical products for treatment and diagnostic offices of outpatient polyclinic institutions, inpatient departments of hospitals. At the same time, the measuring equipment must be metrologically verified;

- the business entity must have: the charter of the health care institution, staff list, job instructions, rules of internal procedure, patient clinical routes developed in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of medical care (medical standards) approved by the Ministry of Health;

- medical assistance must be provided by persons who meet the uniform qualification requirements approved by the Ministry of Health.

 

Compliance with the special educational and personnel requirements of medical (pharmaceutical) workers from among doctors and pharmacists is certified by:

◦ document on higher education;

◦ certificate of a specialist doctor (specialist pharmacist);

◦ a certificate of assignment (confirmation) of the relevant qualification category in medical (provisional) specialties;

◦ a certificate of advanced training.

- to provide conditions for free access of persons with limited physical capabilities to the premises.

 

If the licensing authority has no grounds for refusal, the license is issued in electronic form within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the application. The term of validity of the license is not established, that is, it is valid indefinitely.

An administrative fee is charged for the issuance of a license - in the amount of 1 subsistence minimum, effective on the day the licensing authority makes a decision to issue a license (payment is made no later than ten working days from the date of publication of the decision to issue a license on the official website).
